Position Overview We are looking for a female married candidate who is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified nursing professionals for national and international healthcare clients. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying manpower needs to candidate onboarding—while ensuring compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Identify and attract qualified nurses through social media platforms, nursing colleges, job portals, referrals, and recruitment events.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various nursing specialties.Develop partnerships with nursing institutions, training centers, and professional associations. Screening & Selection Review resumes, verify credentials, and assess suitability based on job requirements. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate clinical experience, communication skills, and documentation readiness. Coordinate client interviews (virtual or in-person) and prepare candidates accordingly. Documentation & Compliance Ensure all candidates submit required documents (certificates, licenses, passports, IELTS/OET scores, experience letters, etc.).Assist candidates in completing regulatory processes such as dataflow, licensing exams, credential evaluations, and visa paperwork. Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the recruitment system. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree Experience 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably healthcare or nursing recruitment).Experience in overseas recruitment (UK, UAE, Ireland, Australia, Middle East) is preferred. Technical & Professional Skills Strong understanding of nursing roles, certifications, and licensing processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).Ability to handle multiple candidates and clients simultaneously.
