OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc. OUR STORY Quince was started to challenge the existing idea that nice things should cost a lot. Our mission was simple: create an item of equal or greater quality than the leading luxury brands and sell them at a much lower price. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and schedule interviews for roles of all levels, from IC to senior leadership. ● Partner with executive assistants, recruiters, and sources to streamline scheduling. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. ● Provide stellar candidate experience by addressing all candidates' needs and ensuring process moves efficiently. ● Provide any ad hoc support for events, meetings, etc. beyond interviews. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools. ● Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process. REQUIREMENTS: ● BA/BS degree or equivalent experience ● 0.6 months + 3 years of recruiting coordination experience in-house at a tech company ● Experience scheduling for leadership interviews ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
