Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews for internal and external candidates Support recruiters in tracking and monitoring candidate progress in the ATS Liaise with candidates via phone and email regarding interview logistics and updates Assist with employment contracts and background verification processes Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities Manage high volumes of scheduling and coordination tasks with urgency and accuracy Collaborate with recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes Must-Have Skills and Qualifications: Diploma, degree, or equivalent work experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Strong administrative and coordination skills Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook High level of time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable performing administrative-heavy and repetitive tasks Adaptability to shifting business priorities and remote team dynamics Nice-to-Have: Experience working in a multinational/global company Prior experience supporting a Talent Acquisition function as an Administrator or Coordinator Experience working with remote managers and teams
