You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle – from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, proactive sourcing ability, and a passion for connecting the right candidates with the right roles. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms Source and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives Interested?
