Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and schedule interviews for roles of all levels, from IC to senior leadership.

● Partner with executive assistants, recruiters, and sources to streamline scheduling.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

● Provide stellar candidate experience by addressing all candidates' needs and ensuring process moves efficiently.

● Provide any ad hoc support for events, meetings, etc. beyond interviews.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

● Generate and analyse recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process.

REQUIREMENTS:

● BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

● 0.6 months + 2 years of recruiting coordination experience in-house at a tech company

● Experience scheduling for leadership interviews

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
