As a Recruitment Coordinator at our company, you will be a crucial part of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple time zones. - Managing candidate communications and providing timely updates. - Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process. - Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data. - Analyzing recruitment metrics and performance through Microsoft Excel reports. - Posting job openings on various platforms for maximum visibility. - Assisting in pre-employment processes like background checks. - Acting as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment. - Upholding confidentiality throughout the hiring process. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or end-to-end recruitment. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and reporting. - Strong stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Successfactor, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,
