Your primary responsibilities will involve interview coordination, candidate management, and ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are efficiently met. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters, ensuring a smooth and timely process. - Communicate interview details to candidates, providing logistics, expectations, and preparation tips. - Follow up with candidates who miss scheduled interviews to reschedule with the appropriate recruiters. - Update the eRecruit database with accurate information obtained during pre-screening interviews. - Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Provide feedback to candidates, manage job offers, and handle documentation efficiently for sharing with clients. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to implement best practices and innovative strategies during team meetings. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred. - Ability to adapt to new office software and tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Google Sheets. - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.,
