About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in recruitment across Healthcare, Non-Healthcare, IT, and Non-IT domains. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates. Source candidates via job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases. Provide support in onboarding activities when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field . 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience in Healthcare, Non-Healthcare, IT, and Non-IT sectors . Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively . Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals .
