Location - Pune

Immediate joiners preferred.

1.**Scheduling and Coordination:**

• - Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
• - Ensure a seamless candidate experience by managing interview logistics and providing necessary information, should be able to manage 25-30 schedules per day
• Good to have working exposure as a scheduler earlier

2. **Candidate Communication:** -

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance. -
• Assist in the development of communication materials for candidates, such as offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Excellent communication skills

3. **Data Management:**

• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
• - Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics as needed.

4. **Logistical Support:**

• - Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates, as required. -
• Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation activities and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

5. **Collaboration:**

• - Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to support overall talent acquisition goals.
• - Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
