Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Codenia Technologies LLP, your role will involve assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will also support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company. Maintaining employee records, ensuring up-to-date HR documentation, assisting in implementing and managing HR policies and procedures, and coordinating with department managers to identify staffing needs will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in organising employee engagement activities and events, handling employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues, and generating daily reports of calls and interviews with a focus on data accuracy and timely submissions. Experience with HR software and tools, especially Zoho Recruit, will be beneficial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company. - Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date. - Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures. - Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and manage the recruitment pipeline. - Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events. - Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues. - Generate daily reports of calls and interviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions. - Utilize HR software and tools for efficient HR management; experience with Zoho Recruit is a plus. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-6 months of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech or related industry. - Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and procedures. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.,
