We Are Hiring – Recruitment Coordinator (Digital Marketing & Ads Experience Required)

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with strong experience in digital marketing and running paid advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities and manage candidate databases
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns
• Run and optimize paid ads (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Generate and manage leads through online platforms
• Support daily recruitment and outreach activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing & ad campaigns
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
