RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.- Maintain and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing documents and reports.- Help with initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates.Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position.
