Recruitment Coordinator

Role Overview: - Manage the end-to-end hiring process for open positions across various verticals, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates based on job specifications. - Ensure timely closures of all positions within defined SLAs and quality benchmarks. - Provide an exceptional candidate experience through regular communication and support. - Manage offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities effectively to reduce drop-off and backout ratios. - Act as a key point of contact for client-side hiring managers and HR representatives. - Understand role expectations, align on hiring strategy, and provide regular updates. - Handle client escalations and maintain a strong service delivery model. - Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal trackers. - Share timely reports on recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, offer-to-join ratio, rejection reasons, and TAT compliance. - Collaborate with internal and client-side support teams for onboarding logistics and hiring documentation. - Stay informed about industry hiring trends, tools, and market insights to contribute to process excellence. Qualification Required: - Graduate with a consistent first-division academic record, preferably holding an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. - 4-8 years of experience in RPO account management and recruitment, including client coordination. - Proven track record in different roles within the recruitment domain. - Strong knowledge of recruitment practices. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in using ATS. - Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,
