Role Overview
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring an
efficient and seamless recruitment process
. This role will focus on candidate experience
, logistics coordination, and support in campus hiring and onboarding programs
. The individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR operations to ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and a professional representation of myHQ to all candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Journey & Experience:
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Schedule and coordinate interviews (in-person, virtual, or panel discussions).
Ensure timely updates and feedback to candidates, providing a positive and transparent experience.
2. Recruitment Coordination:
Support recruiters and hiring managers in managing hiring pipelines.
Maintain candidate data and track progress on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / recruitment dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams for interview feedback and ensure smooth closure of positions.
3. Campus Hiring Support:
Assist in planning and executing
campus hiring drives
.
Coordinate with colleges/universities for event logistics, pre-placement talks, and assessments.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with student candidates.
4. Employee Onboarding Support:
Support new hire onboarding activities, including documentation, induction, and coordination with IT/Admin for setup.
Ensure that all joining formalities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Act as a welcoming representative for new employees and provide them with a smooth transition.
5. Reporting & Process Improvement:
Generate and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 3 years of experience in
recruitment coordination, HR operations, or related roles
. Freshers with strong organizational skills may also be considered.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
to manage candidate interactions effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines.
Proficiency in
MS Office tools
, Google Suite; experience with ATS systems
preferred.
