Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client organizations and their requirements.
Search and shortlist relevant CVs from databases based on the job description.
Conduct initial HR interviews to validate candidates.
Present CVs in a professional format, including findings and basic assessments of candidates.
Coordinate interviews.
Handle offer negotiations, post-offer follow-ups until joining, and completion of the first 3 months at the client company.
Collect references and perform headhunting.
Obtain additional requirements from clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong communication skills with grammatically correct English and clear pronunciation.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to multitask, client-focused, patient, with good IQ.
