Job Title: Manager - Business Development Role Overview The Business Development Head will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across the groups diversified business lines. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise and consultative sales, manage strategic accounts, drive SaaS-based and IT solution sales to hospitals and diagnostic players, and build long-term partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. This is a leadership role combining hands-on business development, high-level networking, team coordination, and deal closure. Salary: As per market standards and commensurate with current salary and experience Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Development & Sales Execution Own and drive the BD roadmap across healthcare software, IT solutions, hospital consulting, and architectural projects. Lead sales strategy formulation and execution to achieve revenue targets across multiple verticals and geographies. Identify new business opportunities in the private and public healthcare space. Develop and maintain CXO-level relationships with hospitals, diagnostic chains, healthcare startups, and government health missions. Position the groups SaaS products and solutions as value drivers in hospital operations, patient management, and diagnostic workflow. Enterprise Client Engagement Manage and grow strategic client accounts across North India and PAN India. Pitch customized consulting and product solutions to hospitals and healthcare groups. Prepare concept notes, technical proposals, EOIs, and commercial responses for client needs and RFPs. Partnership & Channel Development Build alliances with HIS vendors, fintech players, government bodies, and healthcare consultants. Leverage channel sales and strategic partnerships to expand reach and enhance value proposition. Tendering, Proposal & Documentation Monitor government portals, tenders, and public procurement platforms for new opportunities. Drive proposal development, budgeting, and pitch documentation in collaboration with internal teams. Representation & Industry Engagement Represent the organization at healthcare summits, industry forums, and policy workshops. Actively contribute to thought leadership and brand positioning initiatives.
