Location: Ahmedabad (Preferred) / Mumbai

Annual CTC: 20 25 Lakh

Experience Required: Up To 7 – 10 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Division Head who can independently

build and lead a new business division in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate should

have strong experience in chemical sales & marketing and the ability to develop new

markets, bring new business opportunities, and expand overall market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and lead a new business division for chemical sales.

• Drive sales and marketing strategies for various chemical segments:

• Pharmaceuticals
• Agro Chemicals
• Polymer Processing
• Dye Intermediates
• Cosmetics

• Identify new business opportunities and generate profitable growth.

• Build and manage strong customer relationships across the industry.

• Expand market coverage and achieve sales targets.

• Oversee a team and manage end-to-end business operations for the division.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy.

• Collaborate with top management for planning and business execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• 7–10 years of proven experience in chemical sales & marketing.

• Strong exposure to the above industry segments.

• Ability to establish a division from scratch and work at a managerial/leadership

level.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

• Should be capable of delivering new business and expanding market share.

• Preferred location: Ahmedabad, also open to Mumbai.
