Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad / Mumbai. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing export sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring inventory and supply chain coordination. They will also analyze market trends and sales performance to optimize business strategies and report directly to the senior management team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in chemical sales & marketing and the ability to develop new markets, bring new business opportunities, and expand overall market presence. Key Responsibilities: • Establish, develop, and lead a new business division for chemical sales. • Drive sales and marketing strategies for various chemical segments: Pharmaceuticals Agro Chemicals Polymer Processing Dye Intermediates Cosmetics • Identify new business opportunities and generate profitable growth. • Build and manage strong customer relationships across the industry. • Expand market coverage and achieve sales targets. • Oversee a team and manage end-to-end business operations for the division. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy. • Collaborate with top management for planning and business execution. Candidate Requirements: • 7–10 years of proven experience in chemical sales & marketing. • Strong exposure to the above industry segments. • Ability to establish a division from scratch and work at a managerial/leadership level. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. • Should be capable of delivering new business and expanding market share. • Preferred location: Ahmedabad, also open to Mumbai.
