We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager specializing in Polymers and Polyurethane Chemicals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving business growth in the chemical industry.B2B marketing role for personal care & home care ingredients. requires expertise in marketing raw materials to the cosmetic, personal care industries Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to grow business in the polymers and polyurethane chemical market. • Identify new clients, business opportunities, and potential partnerships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. • Understand customer needs and provide technical support on product applications. • Achieve sales targets and increase market share in designated territories. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Coordinate with internal teams (production, R&D, logistics) for seamless order execution. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers. • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback. • Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote products.Required Skills: • In-depth knowledge of Polymers, Polyurethane Chemicals, and their applications. • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development in the chemical industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong technical understanding of customer requirements and product solutions. • Ability to handle large accounts and build long-term business relationships. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
