Job Description

Objectives:

1. Responsible for promoting and obtaining market share for products specifically among large investors, high net worth individuals and Trusts.

2. Plan for business development in the target segments mentioned. Special focus on building relationships corporate investors, and other large investors and large distributors, which fall in the target segment.

3. Focus on new customer acquisition, relationship development with large intermediaries, and net increase to AUM and corporate relationships and market share.

Deliverables:

1. Expected to have superior team management skills, encompassing joint sales efforts, coaching, adherence to regulatory and internal compliances, designing sales pitch, and more importantly endeavor to keep the team morale high.

2. Expected to have a client management model for the target segments.

3. Gathering market intelligence in terms of lost deals, competitive information on product, pricing, promotion and market practices. Market intelligence so gathered need to be shared in appropriate platforms of internal discussion for the product development process.

4. Review and monitoring of Sales Management process with focus on requisite documentation and aspects such as Target vs Achievement, trends in gross sales, net sales, and new client acquisitions.
