Tata Asset Management Limited Cluster Head : Banking & PCG Position Title: Cluster Head : Banking & PCG Location: Hyderabad, Chennai. Department: Sales Reports to: State Head of Telangana & Tamil Nadu Respectively Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Promote and obtain market share for our products in the banking channel. Strong relationship building in banks and maintenance of AUM. Continuously enthuse and motivate sales staff of banks and PCG to sell our products. Train frontline sales staff; formulate sales promotion and other sales support activity. Gather market intelligence for product development process. Maintain RM database, proper follow up and tracking of market share Experience: 4-10 years of experience Qualification: Graduation / Postgraduate (Any), NISM -VA Skills And Abilities: Good communication & interpersonal skills Self-starter, self-motivated and should be a go-getter Flexibility & Adaptability Problem Solving and Decision Making Ability to take mature decisions from a business perspective
