Role & responsibilities

1- Promotion of business, service, products, and brand at customer end.

2- Identifying new customers.

3- Compiling lists describing our organizations offerings.

4- Technical issue resolution of customers by understanding actual requirements of customers.

5- Customer visits as per customer techno commercial requirement.

6- Suggestions of the cost-effective product to customer along with help in formulating the product.

7- Building brand awareness and positioning.

8- Evaluating and maintaining marketing strategy.

9- Researching demand for the organization’s products and services.

10- Evaluating competition market.

11- Making presentation of all Individual Products presentation.

12- Attending customer complain and meeting them for sales support and introduction for company products

13- Formulation of lubricating oils, metal working fluids, industrial Speciality oils

14- Testing of products as per ASTM, IP, ISI, DIN standards

15- Analysis of technical samples of products received from customers during various stages of usage and providing appropriate feedback to them.

16- Analysis of water samples to find its suitability for use with emulsifiable products like soluble cutting oils covering tests like ph, conductivity, total alkalinity, hardness, chloride, sulphate, T.D.S, c.o.d., microbial growth etc.

17- Performing the inspection and testing of regular production batches as per specifications. In case of non-conformance, finding the cause for failure and taking corrective actions. Raw materials, intermediates products and packaging materials also tested for quality.

18- Evaluation of various competitor samples for comparisons and 5research purpose.

19- Performance of product developed as per ASTM, IP, ISI.

20- Scaling up from laboratory scale to pilot plant for Greases

21- Preparation of standard specifications for quality check

22- Preparation of standard specifications for quality check

23- Scaling up from laboratory scale to pilot plant for Greases

24- Preparation of standard specifications for quality check

25- Preparation of product data sheet and to make amendment in the same.

26- Preparation of material safety data sheet and to amend the same with safety icon and codes.

27- Conduct successful trial at customer’s end

28- Preparation of manufacturing procedure for production with all details of controls such as temperature, reaction time, sequence of addition of raw materials, and intermediate control test (acid number, viscosity, water content, ph etc)

29- Preparation of specifications of raw materials used in formulations

30- Well versed with ISO 9000:2000 procedures and requirements
