Supervise the Purchase Order (PO) creation and approval process in compliance with the Procure-to-Pay SOP. Collaborate closely with PPIC, production, and sales teams to align material planning with demand forecasts. Coordinate with the R&D team to arrange samples and materials for new product development. Liaise with the logistics team for timely follow-up on domestic and imported material shipments. Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure smooth processing of supplier payments (both domestic and imports). Monitor supplier performance metrics, ensure service level adherence, and escalate concerns where necessary. Track market price changes regularly and provide timely updates to the Lead Direct Purchase. Manage procurement documentation and bills, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness. Update procurement systems with relevant documentation and share updates with internal stakeholder. Qualification: Education: MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred.
