About the Role:

Recruitment Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Own the Greenhouse ATS workflow — job postings, candidate pipeline updates, interviewer feedback tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate hiring activities and maintain timely communication.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across candidate records and hiring stages in Greenhouse.
  • Draft and send candidate communications, including confirmations, reminders, and feedback updates.
  • Support offer and onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and TA teams.
  • Generate and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling, coordination, and ATS usage for efficiency.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years

    of overall experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition operations.

  • 3+ years

    of hands-on experience using

    Greenhouse ATS

    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, interview coordination, and candidate management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience supporting global teams or working across multiple time zones is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, global organization or GCC setup.
  • Exposure to HRIS/ATS integrations or workflow optimization.
