Responsibilities:

• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top-tier healthcare and dentistry professionals in the UK.

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, clinical skills, and licensure compliance with UK healthcare and dentistry regulations.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide insightful recommendations on candidate selection.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare and dentistry professionals, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and priorities

• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant healthcare and dentistry regulations, including thorough checks of professional licenses and certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter with a focus on UK healthcare and dentistry hiring.

• In-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare and dentistry industries, including regulatory requirements and professional standards.

• Strong sourcing skills and experience using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
