The BCC is now known as BCN (Bain Capability Network) with its nodes across various geographies. BCN is an integral and largest unit of (ECD) Expert Client Delivery. ECD plays a critical role as it adds value to Bain's case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research solutioning across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.
Incumbent in this role is expected to support Recruiting efforts for Expert Clients Delivery, Business Services and Business Function at BCN India.
The team member aligns with Recruiting team for identifying and engaging with qualified candidates for various positions within the organization, candidate coordination, Recruitment Support and maintaining candidate experience for growth and success of our company.
Sourcing & Screening:
/ Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
/ Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions.
/ Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
Candidate Coordination:
/ Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
/ Coordinate and manage candidate communications, including interview invitations and follow-up emails.
/ Assist in the management of the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely updates to the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Recruitment Support:
/ Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and the company’s career page.
/ Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring
activities.
/ Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track the progress of hiring initiatives.
Candidate Experience:
/ Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the
recruitment process.
/ Assist in gathering candidate feedback after interviews and communicating it to the relevant teams.
/Passionate about talent acquisition and recruiting, particularly in proactive sourcing and candidate interaction
/Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates
/Willingness to learn or previous exposure to various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
/Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
/Proficiency in Excel, Power point with ability to manage MIS and reporting.
/Data handling and data analysis skills are preferred.
