Recruiter

  • Full-cycle tech recruiting:

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer negotiation process. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement effective tech recruiting strategies:

    Utilize your extensive experience to devise innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineers, developers, and other technical professionals.
  • Build and maintain tech talent pipelines:

    Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Employer branding for tech roles:

    Contribute to our employer branding efforts by showcasing our cutting-edge technology, startup culture, and unique opportunities. Leverage social media and other platforms to attract top technical talent.
  • Performance management support (optional):

    Collaborate with leadership to ensure newly hired tech talent is effectively onboarded and supported, aligning with our startup culture and growth objectives.
  • Vendor management:

    Collaborate with tech recruitment agencies and external partners when necessary, ensuring a positive and productive working relationship.


The ideal candidate would be:

  • 4 - 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a primary focus on hiring technical talent in a product-based startup.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Tier 1 college preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end tech recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in employer branding and implementing employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tech recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate and have an entrepreneurial instinct.
