Location:

Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for BFSI/Investment Banking roles (KYC/AML, Trade Settlements, Client Onboarding, Risk & Compliance, IB Operations).
Source profiles via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

14 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably BFSI/Investment Banking.
Strong sourcing and screening skills using job portals and networks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Graduate in HR/Business Administration or equivalent.
