If you thrive in a collaborative environment, value different viewpoints, and enjoy being part of a spirited, supportive team, youll fit right in, About The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in Tech and Product hiring The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and building strong talent pipelines to support business growth, What Youll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Technology and Product roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring, Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies, Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and referrals, Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fitment, Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and managers, Support offer management, negotiations, and onboarding activities, Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, Stay updated on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitor hiring strategies, Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the hiring process, Who You Are 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in Tech and Product hiring, Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and recruitment tools/ATS, Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, Strong organizational and decision-making skills with attention to detail, Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline,
