Key Responsibilities Develop sourcing strategies to attract technical talent in steel fabrication, draughting, and engineering methodologies . Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Build strong pipelines for niche roles including fabrication engineers, structural draughtsmen, method engineers, and project execution teams . Coordinate daily with HR and department heads in Saudi to align on requirements and progress. Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies, while supporting employer branding in both India and Saudi.
