Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
Support HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling.
