Role & responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations.
Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
Must have experience IT/Non IT hiring.
