Were looking for a proactive Recruiter to help us attract top talent who can drive our creative and production ambitions forward.

Preferred candidate profile

35 years of proven recruiting experience, preferably within media, entertainment, film, television, or related creative industries.
Strong understanding of the talent landscape for both creative (artistic) and technical (production, postproduction) roles.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry-specific job boards).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to interact confidently with senior executives, creative leads, and external partners.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, deadlinedriven environment.
