Role & responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage passive and active candidates for roles into Digital, Broadcast, syndication, IT, Finance other internal departments of Shemaroo. Industry Networking : Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, talent agencies, schools, and alumni networks to stay ahead of talent trends. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial resume reviews, phone/ video screenings, and coordinate interview panels with hiring managers and department heads. Offer Management: Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring compliance with company policies and compensation benchmarks through Darwin Box Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs (timetofill, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction) and provide regular reports to the talent acquisition team. Preferred candidate profile 35 years of proven recruiting experience, preferably within media, entertainment, film, television, or related creative industries. Strong understanding of the talent landscape for both creative (artistic) and technical (production, postproduction) roles. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry-specific job boards). Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to interact confidently with senior executives, creative leads, and external partners.
