• Achieve and exceed monthly Ad Sales and TV Sales revenue targets
  • Expand client base and deepen relationships with advertising agencies • Secure long-term commitments to ensure steady revenue streams • Plan and execute seasonal sales strategies to optimize inventory utilization • Maintain a robust quarterly sales pipeline with clear visibility and risk flags • Drive account development initiatives for long-term client retention • Ensure brand visibility and client ROI through strategic campaign planning

Necessary Functional Skills / Domain Expertise Required For the Role :

• 4-6 years of experience in Ad Sales or TV Sales
  • Prior experience working with digital platforms and/or media agencies • Familiarity with regional market dynamics and client behavior • Proficient in sales tools, CRM software, and media planning • BARC knowledge • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI • Strong interpersonal skills to leverage networks and build rapport
