Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling on program suitability, course selection, and academic progress for PGDM students.
• Advise students on career opportunities, skill development, and effective study habits.
• Conduct informational sessions, webinars, and presentations about the program for prospective students.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and faculty.
• Assist prospective students with the application process and explain admission requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, progress, and academic plans.
• Stay updated on current educational trends, career opportunities, and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic departments to provide cohesive support for students.
  

Required Profile:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in academic advising, counseling, or sales is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of educational systems, PGDM programs, and career pathways.
• Proficiency in CRM tools for student management and follow-up.
• Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and strong rapport-building skills.
