Job Title: Admissions Counselor

About the Role

Admissions Counselor

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, has a consultative approach, and is capable of understanding and addressing parents' needs to ensure a smooth and welcoming admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own and achieve individual admission targets.
Proactively contact and follow up with prospective parents via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Present and explain Vidyashilp Academies unique educational approach, facilities, and culture.
Understand parents requirements and provide tailored guidance and solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases.
Handle parent queries, concerns, and grievances with patience and professionalism.
Keep detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
Stay informed about the education market and competitor offerings to effectively position the school.

Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales, admissions, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong track record of achieving admission/sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, empathetic, and approachable personality.
Ability to understand and convey the unique strengths and values of Vidyashilp Academy.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
