*Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and empathetic Admissions Counsellor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students navigate the complex journey of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to sales, enabling students to identify the right academic path and access the necessary support services. Your goal will be to build lasting relationships and drive meaningful student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Manage multiple student and professional cases at once, ensuring prioritization and timely progress.
  • Maintain operational excellence across all workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep every case on track and resolve bottlenecks proactively.

Admissions & Visa Support

  • Manage core admissions processes, including:
  • Profile evaluation
  • University shortlisting
  • Interview preparation
  • Support professionals applying for EB-1, O-1, NIW, and other merit-based visa categories by ensuring documentation and processes are handled smoothly.

Research and Writing Support

  • Contribute to research writing tasks, including:
  • Structuring academic or professional content.
  • Preparing documents for publication readiness.

Client Management

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to ensure excellent relationships and satisfaction.
  • Ensure client expectations are managed effectively, and deliverables are met within deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Empathy, patience, and a student-focused mindset are essential.
