highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused Program Manager

This position partners closely with HRBPs, operations leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and execute programs that are informed by strong data insights and aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. HR Data Analytics & MIS

  • Analyze HR and business data to derive insights on performance, engagement, attrition, training, and overall workforce health.
  • Gather, clean, and standardize data from multiple sources to build reliable reporting and insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports to track key people metrics for POD and frontline employees.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders based on data analysis.
  • Maintain and support HR technology systems (HRIS, performance tools, LMS, analytics platforms).

2. Talent & Workforce Program Management

  • Design, plan, and run programs for frontline teamsengagement initiatives, development programs, training interventions, and recognition schemes.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Operations, Training, and business teams to ensure program objectives are aligned with business needs.
  • Track program outcomes, effectiveness, and ROI; make improvements based on feedback and data trends.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, resources, and governance with high ownership.
  • Act as the link between data-driven insights and on-ground HR programs, translating analytics into scalable interventions.
  • Support broader initiatives like workforce planning, succession planning, and employee experience enhancement.

Candidate Profile :

  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience in HR operations, talent management, or HR/people program management.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR and business teams.
  • Ability to convert data into actionable strategies that improve engagement, performance, and workforce outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment with multiple moving parts.
