As a Bulk Recruiter (BPO Hiring) at Foundever located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, you will be part of the Internal Sourcing & Vendor Management Team. We are seeking dedicated recruiters with a strong background in bulk/BPO hiring to join our expanding team. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of candidates. - Managing job portals, coordinating with vendors, and conducting mass/volume hiring specifically for Customer Support roles in the International Process domain. - Coordinating with technical and client interview panels, demonstrating stakeholder management, and facilitating offer rollouts. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in bulk/mass hiring within the BPO/voice process industry. - Expertise in recruiting for International Processes with a quick turnaround time and high closure ratios. - Prior experience in Vendor Management and implementing effective Sourcing Strategies.
