Job Description: End to end recruitment - sourcing of candidates, Screening of profiles, coordinating with hiring teams, lining up for the interview, selection, offer management & post recruitment interactions with the candidate to understand his / her feel of BWDG. Work closely with the hiring manager to ensure that right person is selected for the right job at the right time. Identify and utilize appropriate sourcing method effectively (Network referrals, advertising, internal referrals, Job Portals, postings, Mass mailers, Distribution lists, networking tools like LinkedIn, Google groups, twitter etc Create job descriptions and qualify all potential candidates – Prescreening process. (Telephonic / Face to Face and Tool test wherever applicable). Conduct regular follow-up with managers and candidates to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Develop a pool of qualified candidates to start the recruitment process immediately when needed Conduct background check for selected / shortlisted candidates. Assist in preparing and sending offer packages, salary negotiation.
