Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organisation. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage job postings, participate in job fairs, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities

  •         Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across departments and locations.
  •         Develop and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  •         Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus drives, etc.).
  •         Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  •         Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
  •         Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, and prepare offer letters.
  •         Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for management review.
  •         Collaborate with HR team and department heads to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment drives.
  •         Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

  •         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •         1–3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service industry).
  •         Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media hiring.
  •         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  •         Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
  •         Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems.
