Job Description

As an HR Recruiter, your role involves designing and updating job descriptions to attract potential candidates from various online channels. Crafting recruiting emails is necessary to engage passive candidates effectively. Screening incoming resumes and application forms, as well as conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person are primary responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing and distributing assignments, numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests - Advertising job openings on various platforms - Providing hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates - Handling job offer emails and queries about compensation and benefits - Monitoring key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire - Participating in job fairs and hosting recruitment events - Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs - Acting as a consultant to new hires and assisting them during the onboarding process Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - Experience with sourcing techniques - Understanding of referral programs - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Sound judgment - A minimum of a graduate degree in any stream is necessary for this role As an additional detail, the position requires solid verbal and written communication skills, solid judgment, and a minimum of a graduate degree in any stream.,
