Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates using

job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct

initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
Maintain and update

recruitment trackers

and

MIS reports.
Ensure

timely closure of positions

and adherence to TAT.
Develop and maintain a

pipeline of potential candidates

for future requirements.
Coordinate

offer rollouts, joining formalities, and pre-boarding engagement.
Candidate should be comfortable with travelling as per recruitment and business requirements.
