Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Siliguri. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to fulfill client hiring requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, fostering candidate relationships, maintaining database records, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The Recruiter will play a vital role in aligning talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Managing Recruitment Pipelines and Conducting Interviews
• Excellent Communication, Relationship Building, and Interpersonal Skills
• Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, and Database Management Proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
• Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
