Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
Conduct interviews with selected candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and negotiate salaries.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
