Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential leads and existing customers daily.
  • Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular feedback and training.
  • Drive sales initiatives and strategies to increase revenue and customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to streamline sales processes.
  • Generate and analyse reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Between 2-4 years of experience in sales or team management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Team Management & Leadership – Ability to guide, mentor, and support a sales team effectively.
  • Sales Strategy Development – Crafting and executing actionable sales plans to meet team targets.
  • Performance Monitoring – Tracking KPIs and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Problem-Solving – Quickly identifying issues and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication for team coordination and client
  • interactions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and track
  • progress.
  • Time Management – Ability to handle multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Real Estate Market Knowledge – Understanding property trends, pricing, and client behavior (if
  • relevant to industry).
  • Training & Development – Ability to onboard and upskill new or underperforming team members.
  • Motivational Skills – Keeping the team focused and enthusiastic about goals.
