Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager, based in Noida. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties also include preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with other team members to enhance overall sales performance and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and Real Property knowledge
• Sales and Real Estate experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the property management sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
