Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee benefits, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The manager will also handle employee concerns, conduct performance appraisals, and support organizational improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding skills
• Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Regulations
• Performance Management, Training, and Development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
