Visit client locations and conduct fieldwork as necessary. It is mandatory to share the live location with the team during all on-field visits. Spend time at our galleries and work closely with Relationship Managers to understand and pitch properties effectively. Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitive offerings to make informed pitches. Regularly update and share links for Excel sheets containing lead details and progress. Follow up with each client at least two to three times before escalating or expecting further team involvement. Focus on the projects that genuinely interest you—quality over quantity is key. Even working on one project with complete dedication is appreciated. Prioritise and actively promote M3M and Smart World projects as core targets.
