Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Design and implement

Channel Partner Activation & Lead Management

• Build and manage strong channel partner networks to generate

• Track and optimize lead flow, conversions, and follow-ups using

Client Engagement & Closures

• Conduct site visits, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate to close deals.

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor

  to stay ahead in the real estate market.
• Generate regular sales performance reports and present them to senior management.

• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and adherence to company processes.
